Las Vegas is home to the biggest New Year's Eve parties outside of Times Square. Literally hundreds of thousands of people gathered for America's Party on Fremont Street (where bands played all night) and on the Strip (where half a million dollars worth of fireworks were launched from the top of the hotels).
But as is the case with most folks who actually live in Las Vegas, we leave such things to the visitors to our fair city. This is how the Bicoy family ushered in 2007...
We let the kids camp out in front of the TV to watch the fireworks go off in Las Vegas at midnight. David set off a few poppers of his own...
Bretty did the same...
Although Alyssa just wanted to drink...
Even if her mom limited her to sparkling strawberry cider.
Perhaps our youngest three kids didn't know their drinks were non-alcoholic because they all passed out on the floor after partying too hard on New Year's Eve in Las Vegas...
Happy New Year!
