Snowball Fight!

The kids have been itching to play out in the snow since we've arrived home in Wisconsin, but there really hasn't been much. Then a bit of warm weather and a few drops of rain caused whatever accumulation there was to turn into nothing at all.

Then during yesterday's Packer game, winter returned.

And so our kids headed outdoors to play in the snow in the back of our home...



Bretty and David immediately started building a snow fort...



And it got so big that you could barely see David in it...



Nalani decided she wanted to throw a snowball but was afraid to do so for fear of getting hit by her brothers first.

So she snuck up on them, dumped snow on Kekoa's head, and ran away as fast as she could...



If a snowball fight was going to break out, well, then Daddy needed to join in by building a fort of his own...



Bretty and David stockpiled a few snowballs...



Then the battle began!



Daddy was overwhelmed so he started throwing the walls of his fort at Bretty...



Everyone played so hard that they got all hot and sweaty. Bretty didn't want to wear his hat anymore...



And before the day was over, Nalani and Malia had to make an attempt to build a fort of their own...
